This early pregnancy scan package is usually between 7-15 weeks. Giving parents reassurance and a chance to see a heartbeat. If you are unsure of your dates or cannot get to see your midwife as early as you would like, our early pregnancy scans are ideal for giving you an estimated due date and confirming a single or multiple pregnancy.
Please note we use a transabdominal (across your tummy) probe for this scan. It is important to drink 1 litre of water 45 minutes before your scan.

This is a great way to watch baby grow and for you and your partner and see your baby in 4D throughout the first trimester. We appreciate how worrying it can be when things don't feel quite right. Here at Numi Scan Stansted, we provide an emergency pregnancy scan service to give local mums the reassurance they need at these upsetting times. We operate an out of hours emergency service.
This service is an out of hours service, appointments need to be made via 01279797790 before you visit the clinic. Emergency Pregnancy scans are unable to be booked online. Our telephone line is open out of hours and our staff aim to answer every call. But occasionally this may not be possible. In an emergency we ask you to call and leave a message, if we have not contacted you within 30 minutes then we are not available on this occasion.

Our well-being baby scan forms the first part of any of our packages from 15 weeks plus. It is a traditional 2D baby scan that can be conducted at any stage of your pregnancy after your initial NHS appointment. Our well-being scan focuses on the development of your unborn baby and allows us to check growth measurements, foetal movement, weight calculations, establish placenta position, amniotic fluid volume, provide an audible heartbeat trace and identify the position of your baby. It is important to drink 1 litre of water 45 minutes before the scan if less than 20 weeks gestation.
